I have the right to refuse service or terminate contracts with anyone for any reason
Clients must be 18 years of age or older
Commissions are only available via digital art
Commissions will not be printed and no physical copies will be mailed
Artist has up to 3 months to finish and deliver work
Clients must give a viable email to send WIP updates and finished products to
Clients must give a minimum of 1 (one) picture reference
Client may request up to 3 moderate changes to the work free of charge at the discretion of the artist
No more than 5 changes to the work in total may be requested
Flat color with plain backgrounds
No excessive/graphic content at the discretion of the artist

Any images created by me will not be used to create NFTs
Any images created by me will not be used to train AI
Any images created by me will not be used as a basis or reference to generate new or similar images with AI
Artist retains full rights to any and all images produced via commission, including for marketing and merchandising purposes
Client retains full rights to any original characters featured within commission works
Whenever posted, client must credit the artist and may not remove any watermarks present
Whenever artist posts commission works, the clients will be mentioned
Client may explicitly request full anonymity
Client may explicitly request no merch or marketing materials be made from their commissions
All commissions are for personal use only

Depending on progression of the work, refunds may be issued upon request
If a work has not been started, a refund of 100% may be issued
If the sketch phase has been started but is only half done or less, a refund of 75% may be requested
If the sketch phase has been completed or the lineart phase is only half done or less, a refund of 50% may be requested
If the lineart phase has been completed or the coloring phase is half done or less, a refund of 20% may be requested
If the coloring phase is more than halfway done, the work has been completed, or the work is near completion, no refunds may be requested or given
All refunds must be specially requested by the client

All payments and prices are in $USD (United States dollars)
All payments will be via PayPal invoice
Please do not send me money on your own, I will create a personalized invoice to send to your PayPal account
Only payments via invoice will be accepted, all other payments made outside of invoice will be perceived and treated as a tip or donation
All commission payments are 100% upfront
No payment plans or financing will be done or accepted
Commissioned work will not be started unless a one time payment of 100% of costs of initial inquiry is received
If any add ons during the commission process occur, they will be billed via a separate invoice that must be paid before work can continue or be delivered
